- Identify key features and functionalities required for both the home configurator and admin portal.
- Design an intuitive and user-friendly interface for home buyers to customize their homes.
- Provide options for selecting floor plans, exterior finishes, interior finishes, fixtures, and optional upgrades.
- Incorporate 3D visualization and rendering capabilities to allow users to preview their selections in a realistic virtual environment.
- Ensure the configurator is responsive and accessible across different devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Design a centralized dashboard for administrators to manage the home configurator, projects, and customer data.
- Include features for managing floor plans, finishes, pricing, scheduling, and project timelines.
- Implement role-based access control to restrict access to sensitive information and functionalities based on user roles and permissions.
- Integrate the configurator and admin portal with backend systems such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and project management tools.
- Ensure seamless data synchronization and communication between the frontend interfaces and backend systems to maintain data integrity and consistency.
- Implement tools for data management, storage, and reporting within the admin portal.
- Provide features for generating reports, analyzing trends, and tracking project progress, sales metrics, and customer preferences.
