Developing a nutrition app with the larger goal of meal creation and delivery service required a comprehensive approach, especially with the addition of a trainer web portal and a service provider portal for meal delivery. Here's how I navigated the challenges with a small dev and product team using an agile model with weekly releases:

Initial Planning and Research:

• Conducted thorough market research to understand the needs of users, trainers, and meal service providers in the nutrition and meal delivery industry.
• Defined the scope of the app, considering features such as meal planning, recipe browsing, dietary tracking, trainer support, and integration with meal delivery services.

Agile Sprint Planning:
